Get Started (3 Minutes)

This guide is for beginners: just follow the images step by step—no networking knowledge required. It breaks down into three simple steps:

  1. Plug in the Ethernet cable and power adapter, then wait for the device to boot
  2. Connect your phone or computer to the NetAccel Wi-Fi network
  3. (Optional) Verify or adjust network settings as shown

① Plug in Ethernet & Power

1) Insert one end of the Ethernet cable into a LAN port on your home router or optical modem (ONT), and the other end into the NetAccel device’s Ethernet port (eth0).
2) Connect the power adapter—the device will boot automatically.
3) Wait approximately 30–60 seconds for self-check and startup to complete.

Plugging in Ethernet and power – Step 1
Plug in the Ethernet cable and power adapter, then wait for the device to start.
Step 2
Confirm the LED is steadily lit or blinking rhythmically.
Step 3
If a QR code is printed on the device, scan it to view status.
Step 4
Once ready, proceed to the next step.

Note: NetAccel operates in bridge mode (br0 = eth0 + wlan-ap0). It does not alter your existing router settings—it simply provides a cleaner, lower-latency gateway for your local network.

② Connect to NetAccel Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi Edition Only)

After the device boots up (LED steady or rhythmically blinking), locate its Wi-Fi network:
1) On your phone or computer, open Wi-Fi settings.
2) Find a network named NetAccel-XXXX (where XXXX are the last four hexadecimal digits of the device’s MAC address).
3) Enter the password—this is the last six uppercase hexadecimal characters printed on the device label or shown after scanning the QR code.

③ Test Connectivity & Get Help

After completing the steps above, open a browser and visit a common website (e.g., www.bing.com or www.google.com) to confirm it loads properly.

If pages load noticeably faster and connections feel stable, NetAccel is working correctly.
